July Meeting & Program

Program

Photos of Deep Space: Astrophotography Art & Science Ralph Paonessa

Come see photos of deep sky objects such as galaxies, nebulas, and star clusters. This is the art of deep space astronomy and will appeal to anyone who enjoys images of outer space.

We'll also cover the science and practice of how it's done. The revolution in digital cameras lets amateurs create images equal to those by professional astronomers from twenty years ago!

Learn about the equipment and knowledge you'll need to get started in this fascinating pursuit.

Location

Maturango Museum
