Electronically-assisted astronomy (EAA) allows observers to see more through a telescope by using various electronic tools to enhance the view. EAA products and techniques have become increasingly capable and affordable in recent years.

Keith will start the presentation by contrasting different types of electronically-assisted astronomy techniques and new entry level EAA solutions. 

Chuck Morgan will demonstrate the operation of his DWARF II Smart Telescope, a compact automated telescope that replaces the eyepiece with camera images you can view on a smart phone. He recently treated observers to enhanced color views of deep-sky targets at our April Brown Road Star Party.
